Can you tell us a little about LOVE LIKE THE MOVIES, the main characters and what it's about?

LOVE LIKE THE MOVIES is a fun, romantic romp about living on purpose to our true authentic selves. Kensington is almost thirty, right between the family she wants for herself and the one she’s out grown. Often the vision we have for ourselves is very different than the one our family has crafted for us, and if were not careful, their vision can hold us back and hold us hostage. Love Like The Movies explores this concept through Kensington’s journey.

Shane is Kenzi’s first love, first heartbreak, first everything. He’s *that* guy, the one who always got her at the most basic level. The movies in the LOVE LIKE THE MOVIES list are woven around their story.

Do you have any writing rituals?

Candy. There must be candy within reach. I have a terrible sweet tooth.

Some short fun facts:

Fav. colour? Oh, in general sea foam or ocean blue, but it always depends on where it's applied.

Paperback or Ebook? eBook first, but when I love a book I have to own the paperback.

Which movie genre would you watch on a date? Rom-Com of course!

Tea or coffee? I'm a coffee girl.

Something we don't know about you: I have a pot-bellied pig named Pobby. He started out at 15 lbs and now, fully grown is about 150. He lives outside in his own private barn.

Is there anything you can share about future projects? I do have another Romantic Comedy in the works. It’s a modern retelling of a 1960’s Rom-Com, only with higher stakes, hotter characters, and more confusion. In fact, it’s a truck-load of crazy. But, because at the very heart of this story are real characters and connections, you’re happy to go along for the ride.
